There is nothing to cancel
Plans are prepaid and never renew automatically. When your plan ends, your bots stop and nothing further is charged. To keep going, buy another term.
Stopping early
You can stop or delete any bot at any time from the dashboard. Remaining paid time is not refunded except as described in the refund policy.
After expiry
Your account, bots and settings are kept so you can resume later. Bots stay stopped until you have an active plan. You can delete your account and data at any time by contacting support@idleforge.example.
