1. The service
IdleForge ("we", "us") provides cloud-hosted Minecraft Java clients ("bots") that stay connected to servers you choose. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old, provide a valid email, and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may link only Minecraft accounts that you own or are authorized to use.
3. Third-party servers and rules
We are not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft or any Minecraft server. Servers set their own rules and may restrict, kick or ban accounts that use automated clients. You are solely responsible for complying with the rules of every server you connect to, and for any resulting action against your account. We cannot guarantee that any server will permit the use of bots.
4. Plans and payment
Plans are prepaid for 1, 3 or 12 months, priced in US dollars and paid in cryptocurrency through a third-party processor. A payment network fee of 0.5% is added to the plan price at checkout and shown before you pay. Plans do not renew automatically. A plan activates when the payment is confirmed on the network. Prices may change for future purchases but never for time you have already paid for.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, outages or the actions of third parties (including Microsoft and game servers) may interrupt bots. We are not liable for lost playtime, in-game items or progress.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow our acceptable use policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it, with or without notice where necessary to protect the service or others.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your bots at any time. We may suspend accounts for breach of these terms. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Changes and contact
