What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a password hash (we never store your password).
- Bot data: the server addresses and settings you configure, console and chat logs from your bots (kept briefly in memory and in session history), and playtime sessions.
- Minecraft sign-in: when you sign in with Microsoft, an authentication session for your account is stored in an isolated cache so your bot can connect. We never see your Microsoft password.
- Secrets you enter: auto-login passwords and proxy credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
- Technical data: IP address and browser type for sign-in sessions and security logs.
- Payments: handled by our crypto payment processor. We store the invoice, plan and amount, not your wallet keys.
How we use it
To run your bots, provide the dashboard, process payments, protect the service from abuse, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your data and do not run third-party advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with providers needed to operate the service (hosting and the payment processor) and where required by law. Your bots connect to the servers you choose, which receive the connection details any Minecraft client would send, including the sign-in session.
Retention and deletion
Deleting a bot removes its settings, session history and stored sign-in cache. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@idleforge.example. Security and payment records may be kept as long as the law requires.
Cookies
We use one essential session cookie to keep you signed in, plus your theme preference stored in your browser. We do not use tracking cookies.
To understand how the site is used, we count page views without cookies. A visitor is a one-way hash that changes every day, so we store no IP address or browser details and cannot follow anyone from one day to the next. If you send in-app feedback, we keep your rating, note and the page you were on.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data. Contact us and we will respond promptly.
