Our promise
You can try the live demo before you pay. If the service doesn't work for you, tell us within 48 hours of your first payment and we will refund it, provided you have not been banned or restricted by a server for breaking its rules.
When we refund
- Within 48 hours of your first purchase, if the service didn't work as described.
- If a duplicate or incorrect payment was made.
- If we are unable to deliver the service you paid for for an extended period.
When we don't
- A server bans or restricts your account. That is the server's decision under its own rules.
- Time already used after the 48-hour window.
- Violations of our acceptable use policy.
How it works
Email support@idleforge.example with your account email and invoice number. Refunds are sent in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide, at the EUR value paid. Network fees may be deducted. Because crypto payments are irreversible, we cannot reverse a transaction, only send a new one.
